Affordable and Easy Chocolate Truffle Recipe

Ingredients

Center of Truffle
18 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 tbsp Bakers Chocolate
2 tbsp Butter
Truffle Toppings
Peanuts
Melted Chocolate Chips
Cinnamon and Sugar mixed together

Directions

Stir the Sweetened Condensed Milk, Bakers chocolate and butter together in a pan over low heat. Mix them until it’s hot and starting to pull away from the sides.

Place that mixture on a buttered plate and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour

Take the center mixture out of the refrigerator and roll into small bite sized balls

Roll the small bite sized balls into the toppings of your choice. Toppings commonly are peanuts, chocolate sprinkles, cinnamon and sugar, etc.

Stuffed Mushrooms

These easy to make Sausage and Beef Stuffed Mushrooms are sure to be a delight for you and your family. These are a restaurant favorite made at home in just a few easy minutes. Use as an appetizer or a Main Dish without a giant mess and no fuss.

Ingredients

Ingredients
16 oz Mushrooms (2pkgs Whole Mushrooms)
1 tbsp Butter
1 Small Onion Diced
1 Clove Garlic Minced
½ lb Mild Ground Sausage
½ lb Ground Beef
2 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Soy Sauce to taste

Directions

In order to start your stuffed mushrooms, Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the bottom of an 8 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Gather all your ingredients.

Stuffed Mushroom Ingredients

In a small skillet add butter, onion, and garlic. Let the onion start to soften and caramelize. While waiting on that mixture to soften, remove the mushroom stems, place in a food processor and grind them up.

Pour Onion garlic mixture into a bowl with the ground beef and ground sausage. Add in 2 eggs, salt, and pepper and mix well. (Here is where you could add cheese or other spices for your own taste)

Stuff your mushroom caps with your meat mixture and place into your 8 by 13 pan. Ensure you stuff them well so there as there will be quite a bit if mixture. Once all placed in the pan coat lightly with soy sauce to taste.

PreCooked Stuffed Mushrooms

Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the meat mixture is cooked through. Take out, let cool slightly and then enjoy!
