I love this! I am always looking for more ways to save money! Especially this time of year. I already use some of these tips, and can’t wait to implement some of the others!
Very good tips. I particularly like the one about waiting for 30 days before you purchase something over $50. That is a great plan.
This list had some great ideas. I wrote down many that I am going to implement. Especially the Vision board idea. I can’t wait to make one.
I agree about the generic brands! Usually no difference at all & so much cheaper!
Yes, Mary. Me too. In most cases the generic/store brands are really the name brand, just with a different labeling specifically for the store that is selling it.
This is a great list of ideas. A few of these I have done and still do, others I need to start. Thank you for the great ideas for helping to save with the holiday season here.
Great tips! I use a lot of these, but will need to incorporate more. Thanks!
Joni, you have some really great suggestions for saving money. I particularly related to saving money on groceries. One of the ways we save is by having a well stocked pantry and with meal planning. My husband and son pack lunches for work. We also travel alot so taking food/snacks on the road with us allows us to avoid stopping for fast food. Great ideas! Thank you for sharing them with us.
I’m really really really need to clean out my closets and cancel unused subscriptions and memberships. LOL
I never thought about asking for fees to be waived. Awesome!
